BO- is a sweet older gentleman who is ready for adoption, he is 23 years young and still has tons of get up and go. He is broke to ride, but is not for a beginner as he is quick. Bo has been placed and left for his new home to be trail horse for a young gal. He is going to have a great home. |

That's fantastic! Didn't you say that he was at the SAFE event but got a little excited at being with all the other horses?

Yes, he was very excited at first and then he settled down quite a bit and just hung out at the show. So we decided to let him hang out rather than show him and he seemed to soak that up a bit! He is a ham and looooooves the ladies!

Bo got to his new home and is doing great. Here is what his new family had to say: We made it home safely. Bo traveled very well for being alone in the trailer. Only got a little jumpy going through Redmond... but then any horse would with a semi in the lane next to them. He waited patiently in the trailer while we locked the other two geldings in the far pasture. Came out of the trailer nicely and well behaved as Harry walked him around the perimeter of his new field... didn't care for a small pine tree and a large rock but didn't really fuss much. When we turned him loose he just started eating the grass then wandered down to check out the two boys that are over on the other side. They are separated by 2 electric fences as we didn't want them to fight. Pet is miffed as she is in the dry lot adjacent to where Bo is and even after 3 hours he hasn't gone up to meet her! I'll attach pictures of how fast Bo was comfortable with his new home...   |
