15 - 18 year old, 15.2h, Appy roan BLM gelding. This guy rode very nice and has a kind disposition. He was quiet on the ground, easy to get on and well behaved for riding. He neck reined and gave to leg pressure. He remained quiet even though he was separated from his buddies. Willingly lifted his feet and his feet are in good shape. Sound at time of assessment. Oh no!!! Not another Appy! I don't think I have ever seen this many Appys in a row come on the lot. Someone must be dumping their herd.  Look at the confirmation on this boy, he is just about perfect, and solid as a rock. GAAA!!! TOO MANY APPYS!!! If I had to choose one permanently for our home, though, it would have to be Pop Corn. He is big enough for Brian, and I promised I wouldn't bring home any more horses too small for him to ride unless they were fosters. We are leaving on vacation tomorrow, so the stupid truck couldn't be coming at a worse time. I don't know what I can get done today, with all I am doing to get ready for the trip. I feel like bursting into tears... |

OK, so, I'm going up next weekend to WA to pick up horses... and NOW she adopts one! well shooooooot. How can I drive all that way and come home WITHOUT him? ? dang. I need a 4 horse trailer.... and we will SEE who rides him next show season... hehe... I think Peg likes Taffy's speed actually!!! :-) |
