BERT - 4 year old, 16.2h and growing, brown TB gelding. Bert was sired by a famous race horse named Bertrando. He is very well bred but as many TB's could not stand up to the demands of the track. He bowed his tendon as a two year old before he went to the track so he has not raced or been to the track, you can tell his mind has not been fried. After his injury, he was turned out for a year. His owners were going to try to reintroduce Bert to racing but felt that his bow would not stand up to the grueling demands of racing. He is super sweet, loves to visit with you, and built uphill. He is little mouthy but does things like pull on your zipper, nothing aggressive, but mouthy none-the-less. He will make someone a great horse because he has the bloodlines of a winner he just needs a new job to put his heart into.
