$775
BAIL PLEDGED: $25 bridgetah $150 swissgrl $50 Patrolhorse $15 Tate $40 paintedlady $40 acarlson1980 NEEDS $380.00 MORE15 - 18 year old, 15.3h+, chestnut QH gelding. If you are looking for a confidence builder here he is! We were told that this horse has done it all. Trails, roped, chased cows, has even been ridden in a parade. He can not withstand heavy riding in the hills any more, due to soundness issues. He is super responsive to rein and leg pressure, backs, neck reins, stands quiety. This cowboy is a steady eddie! Possible ring bone but I am not a vet; just pointing out the difference in his legs in the photos. It is possible to have a vet look at the horse prior to or after adopting, at your expense. With a possible truck on Friday though, there may not be time for that. Email heidi for more information @ CreeksideAQHA@aol.com for more info

This boy sounds like he'd be a great re-entry horse for someone who's been away from horses for a long time, or someone newer to horses that needs a good easy trail buddy. Supplements could possibly as well....he's a cutie to boot!

I hate to see a horse like this in this situation - he probably gave his all to someone. He'd probably be a great lesson horse.
I'll paypal $25 plus fees to him.

Okay, i will do $50.00 for Dallas, please let's get this guy save. He reminds me a lot of Arrow, and he is such an awesome horse for us. He needs to get into a home where he can get loved, and live the life he so deserves!!!!! Can anybody offer him a home if we can bail him?

We will provide QT, transport and vet care. Ultimately he would be placed as we can't keep them all.

Great Leosolis! Please contact his PS to make sure she knows you have a home to offer. Thank you, I contacted her yesterday. I would love to see him get a great home..if she decides that he would be good for me to let my 4H & lesson kids ride..GREAT..if not... lets at least keep him off that darn truck.

I was stretching the $50.00 I originally pledged for Dallas, so I would like to offer a total of $150.00 for Dallas. Sorry, would love to do more, but can't comfortably justify it right now.

Ok lets go over this again there is a home offer I think approved right Leo? I believe the fob's have pretty much got it all togethor but the pledges here may be needed to finish up the bail. I am getting a total now and Leo was looking into getting approved on taking essence and the fob's may help with that also. Maybe some pledges may be moved to her? I will get an exact total of what Leo has received and let y'all know

Jessie - I saw the following post by you in the General section...., so I'm copying it here w/ the response as well. Please make sure no funds are sent by FOB's or here from the board until placement is confirmed w/ Heidi and she gives the okay to send funds.......I know you're aware of this, but some do not as yet. Trying to avoid confusion! Thank you! *** That would be fine, however: 1 - Essence needs a home offer with an approved adopter (confirmed w/ the PS before funds are sent; the PS needs to approve the home) or Essence will also need continued support for QT/Board until she's adopted, as well as any farrier and vet care required while she's being boarded. 2 - Please tell them to NOT SEND ANY FUNDS, until A - total bail has been pledged, and B - the Placement Specialist has ok'd to send the money. Also, the PS will need to confirm if she's going to a home, needing support, etc. Those arrangements need to be made before the horse is paid for or comes off the lot. 3 - If someone steps up in the meantime to adopt her outright, as long as they are an approved adopter and qualified for that particular horse and whatever needs it may have, that will take precedence over group bail and foster/sponsor. That has always been the policy. A permanent, loving home is preferred to continued foster care or being sponsored by CBER, as that is in the best interest of the horse. Hence, not sending donated funds until confirmed with the Placement Specialist. Thanks Jessie! Ok so I posted on the feedlot thread but I will here again. The money pledged for Dallas isnt needed as the fob's raised it all but they are wondering if the pledge money could go towarrds saving essence and they are trying to gather funds on there too.?
