I've decided to rehome Ty because I've hurt my back recently and a trotting horse just aggravates it. His thread is under "Our Horses- Morgans". He's a wonderful prospect......for any discipline. He's not had a day of unsoundness...his feet, unshod, are fabulous.......he's a 'pocket-pony" mentality- loves to cuddle his head in my arms........not pushy on the ground...saddles and bridles well. The trainer who had him for almost 3 months put him in a Western curb, but I've been trail-riding him in a full-cheek snaffle because I'm a 2-handed rider. His gaits are smooth..no buck any more.......although he is not ready for a beginner yet. He needs miles put on him. He has a great overstep- I think he would do well for Dressage, although training for collection would be needed. The Western trainer worked on FORWARD movement. He trailers; clips, bathes; is UTD on shots, worming-(can be done halter-less), teeth are done.....he probably coming 5 years old. I'll try to get some current photos.

BUMP. Ty's trainer said I should ask $3500 for him, but a good home is more important. His training cost $1500..........Anything I receive will go to either CBER or Norcal equine rescue.

Ty has been rehomed with his original trainer............he indicated in a 'reading' that he would prefer a male rider.

I'm sad you are losing this special horse, but I'm very happy he will go to someone who will appreciate him.
Thank you for saving him and giving him a chance!

I'm sure you will miss him, but isn't it nice that you can keep track of him...
