FRIESIAN STALLION, Gerben S. aka Maximus, Stallion, Black, Solid Black Stallion, Age: 14, 16.3H, FHANA, This 14 year old Friesian Stallion, Gerben S. was stolen February 26, 2008 from Cedar Creek Ranch in Mount Aukum, CA. Do not purchase this horse even if the purported owner shows you his papers in her name. The papers were obtained by illegal means. I have just recieved a email from a person called wigan natalie re: black friesian he is a geilding though? On this page simply trade there is this beautiful looking black friesian for sale but it is in 3 different states in australia and advertised differently! I am very sure this horse is the same one! I have emailed this person on all of the adds to see if the response is the same! I will copy and paste the response i recieved in hopes this can help you.

He has been trail-ridden extensively, and crosses water,
covered bridges, rides alone or with others.emerald
was trained to drive by the lady in the pictures at 2 year old.
he is now 15.3HH
he is very calm and adores playing with kids, adults ,and
other house hold pets.he loves taking rides.
I am giving the horse up for adoption because my
17yrs old daughter
(Jennifer) who was taking care of him passed away
months ago through a car accident
when she was on her way back from her piano classes.So the occupying
nature of my job does not permit me to keep emerald. Giving emerald out to
another home will be a way of wiping
Jennifer's memories from my head which is making me disturbed each
time i think of her.,i will like to know this from you.
Are you a breeder.?
have you had a horse before?
will you be willing to send me some regular pics of emerald so we can
see his progress. .?
How soon will you want to have him transported to you due to the distance.

I wish it wasn't fake but this is the second friesian horse owner that has sent me an email like this, except the last horse's name was Maxim and the shipping dropped from 1500 to 300 in a desperate attempt to get money as soon as possible. So sad that these people do this.

I want you to know that I responded to an add ondreamhorse.com asking if I could see the horse because the price advertised for the horse was ridiculously low and I figured something is wrong with the horse but could be a good companion horse. I received the exact same email back that people have posted.  It does not say where the horse is located but that I would have to pay for cost of shipping.   I don't know who would send 780 dollars to someone they do not know for them to ship a horse they have never seen.   Obviously not me either.  Because of strange request to ship horse sight unseen and no location my husband googled reverent mat demont and could not find anyone by that name but led me to this site. 

I am am so very very sorry about your horse.  How horrible! I hope you did recover him.  In the meanwhile I will pay close attention to any Friesian I see and will ask how long the people have had the horse!

She is still going strong with the same ad for a friesian gelding named Andrew as of April 2016!
I responded to an ad posted on Kijiji from Toronto Canada regarding this very beautiful yet strangely inexpensive horse. When I asked to come see him I was told I was welcome to come see him in Atlanta Georgia, but as he is such a great horse that anyone can ride, and as her mother is very sick now too, I don't even need to. All I need to do is send $1200 for the delivery of the horse to my door and I will surely love him!
I received 9 more pictures and a video with the next message. The English in the messages got significantly worse and very repetitive as we continued to email.
I also was very suspicious, and even my 15 year old son smelled...fertilizer when he read the message, so we too googled the good Rev Matt and found these posts. I thank all of you for identifying the scam and saving me wondering forever if I just slammed the door on the deal of the century!
I have posted the fraud on our local Kijiji site in case I have any fellow Canadians whose 'Spidey-Senses' don't tingle when they see a deal too good to be true!

I just replied to an ad here in Idaho about a Friesian gelding for sale at just the price for shipping. The response email was exactly the same as all the others have posted but now Andrew is supposedly in Brownsville Texas! the cost or shipping the horse is now $780.00. I got a weird feeling about this and started searching the internet for the lady who emailed me and this Rev Matt Demont. The lady who emailed me back is named Monita Rajpa. Stinking nasty scammers!
