LOL yup! He likes kisses, but not his neck touched. He has already tried to chomp me with NO TEETH in his mouth. I tried not to laugh... but how can you not. I did manage to clap my hands and eventually flick his nose to get him to quit.
He is doing spins and I will swear hes going to hit the fence but stops on a dime and doesn't.
We are all in love here including Ms Symphony which irritates Hayden a bit.. shes not ready to share him with another mare yet, just with us!

Little stinker is 2 weeks already and full of it! He now comes up and nips to get you to groom him, I try to redirect him at first.... give him the flat of my hand to push on, get him to groom mom while I scratch him, then he walked up behind me and nipped my rump so I turned around and spanked his! He didn't like it!
I am trying to keep touching him all over and if he kicks at me he gets "kicked" (a swat on the rump) back.
He is trying to climb into the feed barrel, and was kicking Hayden away from the hay today. She let him shove her away a few times and then started to ignore him.
People stop to look at him every time he is out in the yard, This evening the guy went home and brought back all his kids.
We hear all the time how NICE he is. He should be taller then Hayden but I don't know by how much yet. He's almost halfway up her side already but thats not saying a lot. I think Zion is 14.3 or 15h? I guess we should ask. He's bigger then Hayden but isn't one of those extra wide bulldog types. Haydens got plenty of umpf for her size.

A very Itchy Dandy www.youtube.com/v/rccUrSDTU58!!!! LOL we have created a monster.. sorry the camera wasn't straight but when Dandy wants to be groomed.. Dandy gets groomed.  Here are some pictures from today.  More grooming (he loves his little rubber curry)   Dandy is very friendly and will approach people and other horses (which makes mom mad.) The only horse she will tolerate near him without starting a fight is his Grandma Delite.  |

They both look so good! What a handsome boy you have there! LOL Dean they look like pictures of your horses! Slick, summer shine, and fat tummies! But we do not have pasture here... 3Way gave Delite gas and Dandy diarrhea, but alfalfa made him constipated. So we are now doing 50/50 Alfalfa and 4Way (nice stuff with not much wheat in it) and Mare and Foal. I figure the 4Way should balance out the Alfalfa nutritionally, and it makes them glow in the sunshine! |
