Really hate to ask...But the kids (horses) come first, so need to ask.. Just went through the last of this months horse money (75.00 a month per horse X 13.5)...Can't get hay (been buying at Big R for 20.00 a bale), no one has any and any coming in is already sold... Have been able to get hay here and there but it's just dried up... So been feeding a combination of alfalfa/tim/oats cubes, grain and alfalfa hay...
Any help would be apprishated....chatty

Chatty, can you find hay if you have the $$ to pay for it? Can you accept paypal? Can you get one of the 500 lb bails if you received $50 in donations? How long do you think a 500 lb bail will last you? Sorry for all the questions. I don't want to see your "family" go without food.

We got the last bale of hay at our hay guy (1000 lb.s)...Kids are still eating this morning, happy kids...
Most of my horses are appy's and QH or mix breeds...
(1) RO's piggy is interested in my QH x, 11 mo. old filly (DW Mocha)... (2) Duchess is a QH mare, 21 yo...Was told she was broke (but she also said she had no brand, NOT)...gentle, at times hard to catch, picks up feet.. (3) Camas Flower, shy appy mare..also was told (same lady) she was broke..pushy on ground, picks up feet..good color..
Rehab horses: (1) Serafini..QH x Paint..3 yo filly...she is recovering from a block intestine.. (2) Sitka/Aurora (RO board horses)..Mare is wild, will eat out of my hand and has no problems of me in thier pen...baby is 8 wks...
All need: hooves trimmed, brand inspection, Vet check...NO adoption fee...
