These two were King County Impounds. I will never understand why horses are seized and then KCAC turns around and takes them to the auction. Jude bought them to save them from slaughter. Yearling filly who is sweet as pie! This guy is a 2 year old stallion. ( Not for long ) This guy Jude thought looked hungry! He is 2 also.

That just makes me sick... the mare, yearling, and foal combo were King County Animal Control seizures? And then were sold to the Kill Buyer? Niiiiiiice....
The way this went down was that all three of the horses were sold in the auction. Oly Olson (Kill Buyer) bought them. He then had the auctioneer immediately resell them as individual horses before they even left the ring. So Jude didn't out bid the kill buyer on the yearling... the kill buyer had already won the filly and then Jude bought the filly from him - even though the filly was still in the auction ring.
