I know there has been "controversy" about posting about free horses here...but I wanted to let everyone know about this posting....

Dolly is a 10 year old Fjord mare..Red Dun and cute as a button. BUT Dolly has Horse Heaves....which is along the line of Asthma in people. Like People sometimes she is breathing heavy and other times she is fine. I currently have her on a Herbal supplement which seems to help and will go with her. She does best when she can be on pasture most of the time. She has had a vet check in the last 30 days and is healty other than the above problem. She has only been with me about 6 weeks..I'm the baby sitter until we find her a good home. She is very gentle and sweet and smart as a whip. She was trained when she was 2 but has been used as a brood mare for the last 7 years. I have ridden her twice and her reining could use some work..but she is very calm and tries to do what you want. She would make a wonderful childs horse or pasture ornament because she loves attention. She would be more than happy to have you sleep in the barn to be near her. I have her Registry papers that go with her. Dolly's looking for a home that can give her a little special attention that she is sure she deserves.
