Well - it is not the cheapest hay out there - but it is the BEST teff I have seen in a LONG LONG time( and I am DARN picky!!!). It tested low NSC(excellent for IR/Cushings/founder prone!) and around 16.5% protien. Didn't have a nutrient test done, just the basics. I need to find someone to take the second half of the truck(full trailer) 12-14 tons or so. I am taking about 14 tons myself. Unfortunately I can't break up the trailer since I don't have storage for it here at this point - so you would need to have a place for all of it delivered at one spot. I am wanting to get this stuff in my barn PRONTO - since the weather has not let much good teff get cut and baled this year.
Whoever is taking it would need to be somewhere close to me - within my area or up I-5 towards snohomish in order to get good delivery pricing.
Bales are average of 90 pounds, 2 tie and will be $325 a ton delivered in your barn with a $50 delivery charge. OR if you want to haul it ASAP yourself in smaller batches you can have it dropped at my place for a day or two - but we don't have cover for it - so it will need to be picked up right away.
Let me know PRONTO if you are interested. This is a first come situation - Hay is getting spendy. We are getting quoted anywhere from $330-$435 for 2nd cutting orchard delivered and around the same for alfalfa!!!

Don't know if they will be interested or not, Sara, but I have forwarded your post to the barn owner where I board.

GREAT! Thanks. this is outstanding hay for sure. And, although I have seen hay a little cheaper - it is not near the quality.
Thanks so much! Sara
