Out side of Port Orchard seattle.craigslist.org/kit/apa/797836429.htmlThis is a rustic log cabin in stages of remodel, currently one bedroom with an upstairs loft that can be used as an extra bedroom or storeage. Warmed by wood heat in the winter, on well so the only expenses are electric, phone, tv and there is DSL available. This is an open floor plan approx 1100 sq feet. 1 full bathroom, granite island, washer and dryer hookup. There is a place to put your horses with a little work will save you money boarding. Very queit and peaceful. The driveway goes right onto the DNR trails so you don't have to trailer you quad, dirtbike or horse if you so desire to take a ride. DNR trails go for miles. Dogs are ok if you bring a kennel. This property is too unique to fully discribe. Please call for a showing. 360-509-5508 1 year lease required, $35.00 credit report and a deposit of $850.00

Hi Barb!
If I can help with any financing questions, please just ask. The manufactured homes will probably have to be financed thru FHA, and there is still a no down payment option until October 1st...........Bush was kind enough to take that option away, but there is a Bill in the works to reestablish the program....so we'll see what happens.
