My daughter for her birthday is really wishing for a black english saddle. We have a gal that used to ride with the Lippizaners (sp) and has experience through grand prix that my daughter is wanting to take lessons from. We are looking for a 14 inch black all purpose saddle, prefer with all fittings, and that would fit a broad arab that has withers. I am very excited that my daughter is deciding to do everything from barrels, to jumping on her gelding, so if she is going to do it, then we are going to get her the equipment. She is 8 years old so I am guessing a 14 inch would fit her for a while. We are only looking to spend about $80-100, so "specialty" or new isn't nessesary. Just something that is sound and safe. Ok daughter is soooo excited about lessons that she is wishing for any color saddle, (whew!!) So anyone have a 13-14 inch? have cash and would love to find a "full set" if possible, bit and pad not needed, just saddle is fine too.

I have a youth saddle listed on here, check a few threads down. There are pictures on there too, including measurements. I know the person I bought it from used it on her arab. I've never used it because it is to small for me.

I saw that one, it is a 15 1/2 right? A 14 is still a little big for my daughter, but I figured it would be good for a least a couple years. I will look again though

Saddle found!! The person that we got her horse from still has her old set, and giving us a heck of a deal! full package (everything he is used to ) for $85 So thanks to all, but we found one~!!
