Stands for Sonoma Action For Equine Rescue. Folks can use the website for free to rehome their horses. Be sure to read our extensive stories on adoptions - we believe in lots of PICS ;D
Here in CA we have the highest foreclosure rate in the nation - and many folks have acreage; and that means a lot of animals needing homes quickly. I have a local Proboard set up and an email alert list for local issues too. saferhorse.proboards55.com/
If you would like to volunteer or participate in any way please feel free to contact me. We are in need of foster homes as we are non-facilities based. We actively network with a number of other rescues as well. And please let folks know who may need some help.
