We are thinking of renaming Covey but can't think of a name, Here are some I found in my old art history book. None of these seem right for Covey but I thought it would be fun to start another name thread,

I like Covey! (The name and the horse - lovey dovey Covey  It's hard for me to think of these guys as any other name, hence Web is Web and Magicman is just shortened to Manny. ("Magicman" is just too dramatic for this little goof!) I was wondering if all of the lot horses names are made up or if some have their "real" names. |

I am not a fan of changing names, I don't believe it's right as a horse knows what it's name is.... But Who knows what his real name is? I wonder? I lke Covey too! But it is a feed lot name, My husband wants Comanche or Chato both Indian names good for an appaloosa but still I like Covey better than those, If anyone has a better name for him let me know... I wish I knew what name is really his, I think he will most likely remain Covey,

Look at it this way.....their old names brought them bad luck...and the ones that are adopted were brought good luck by their names....unless it's a really really bad one....lol

Oh - but I was going to change Staight Flush's name to Gambler or Maverick if my hubby had only sighed and said" okay honey, whatever you want", instead of "not yet!!!!"

Murphy just didn't fit Sky...Appy---Native Skywalker.....He's so tall I'm always looking at the sky..
Sander needed something new to go with the new start ...He's appy and you'd think a native name..NO, son in-law said if someone ask his name your reply is ask him..his name is Akshim
