The Mane Event is coming up soon and I'm really looking forward to bringing Miss Thistle for her big debut. Not only will she and I be there helping to represent CBER but we were also selected to ride in the Steve Rother "Adventures in Riding" demo! Hopefully she'll be her usual good girl and cooperate. Definitely needs self confidence so this should be good for her.
Her lessons are coming along and we're making progress. She's still a little resistant but is starting to get it and behave. I'm working with a trainer twice a week and my goodness she's getting fit. ;D
Question about the mane event: do we need to bring our own bedding for the horses with us?
Tash and I will be pulling out sometime Friday morning and should only take about 3 hours to get down there from Redmond. See ya'll there. Bring money for shopping!
