I think this stuff sounds like it is just to moisten the hoof so you can trim easier, I'd just go for using the tried and true, White Lightning or Clean Trax (the latter is better but costs more) Clean trax and a good trim will cure white line completely.

how does oxine come? bleach is great, and works, but you don't get the deep soak like with clean trax, I am not sure you could soak in bleach strong enough to work, but you can sure spray it on... it does burn if stuff is raw tho, in the deep grooves that get nasty I now use a mix of half and half neosporin and athlete's foot fungus cream, works like magic!

My farrier recommended Oxine (fluid) and Citric Acid mixed with water, soak the foot for 20 minutes. I was hoping for something easier, as I have to do 20 feet....
For the central sulcus, she recommended Lamisil, Clortizamole and triple antibiotic cream (equal parts).
Again, with me being out of town so much, I was just looking for something that is easier that SO can do, without having to be out in the barn until 10PM.
