I spoke with Tockita yesterday, and of course, she was very upset. Her beloved Hayden passed unexpectedly on Thursday and it's not known why. There was no sign of a kick, or other trauma to the body, and no thrashing around. Tock had just visited Hayden and given hugs, kisses and carrots and everything was fine.
Needless to say, she is devastated. She would very much like to have a necropsy done to see if they can determine a cause of death since Hayden was very healthy. She has requested the use of the Angel Fund as the cost of everything will be about $500.00. This will wipe out the Angel Fund until she can pay it back.
So, if anyone would like to help defray the costs of this loan, please feel free to donate to the Angel Fund in Hayden's honor:

Tockita has been the recipient of Angel Fund money in the past and has always paid it back. I thought that maybe under these circumstances, some of us could reach deep and help her out. I know times are tough and we are all watching our pennies, but I wanted to at least ask. She will not be home or at her computer until sometime tomorrow (Sunday). She will come on to the board and let us know what is going on.
It is tough to lose one of our friends, and especially tough when it is unexpected. If you think you can help even a tiny bit, please donate to the Angel Fund. Tockita will of course pay back the amount of the loan, but hopefully some donations will help the amount be a bit smaller.
