Wanted - Pasture for My Retired Appaloosa Mare (Olympia)

I am looking for a pasture near my home where I can keep my 25 year old Appaloosa mare. I live in the Seasons near Mullen and Marvin. I currently keep her in Yelm, but it is so far away I never get to see her. She is a quiet, easy keeper, does not test fences or chew on them and gets along well with other horss. I would take full responsiblity for her food, farrier, vet and daily care.
Best place would have a grass pasture with a covered area or windbreak and another horse for company and be less that $150 a month.
