Grrrrrrrrrrr. Will try to find it. 30 pound cat that looked like a young bobcat. The person apparently bought it from a breeder in Montana. Apparently the cat got spooked by some dogs and attacked Santa. The owner then fled w/ the cat. A/C found the owner and the cat.... HERE'S AN UPDATE: (a Pixie-Bob? Is that a domestic bred w/ a bob cat? I know that there is a pet cat in Pleasanton that is some sort of domestic cat bred w/ a wild cat, a serval or lynx I think....they walk it on leash all over and it played w/ our dogs in the pet store. Really cool cat! And for $25,000, it should be!) www.chicagotribune.com/news/nationworld/chi-081210-bobcat-bites-santa,0,5820328.story

my cat is a junglebob (african jungle cat, bobcat, main coon) and he's the size of an adult cat at 4 months. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a pixiebob. Its technically a domestic cat since it's mixed (doesn't need permit unless it's 50-50). It could be a mix of serval, then its huge and looks like a cheetah with refined features, or a chausie which is a mix of an african jungle cat and domestic cat (looks like a giant abyssinian), or pixie bob.

I think that's what the cat in Pleasanton was.....it looked like a petite cheetah......so danged cute!
