Try to get the name of the ranch. Did you call the number?

no just saw it, don't think they'd appreciate a call at 6AM..... I will call them when I get home. If they in fact breed with the heart on it, I would like to find out if they breed Gem, and maybe I can get some info on him.

I dunno... those hearts look photoshopped to me On the other hand, my niece has a Brooks Quarterhorse and has a heart brand. Does yours look like "I *heart*" ?? That is their signature brand. In Jamestown CA.

No, Gem's was just a heart, like these guys. It came out very clearly in the summer. I gotta post a picture of him when I get home, it almost does look fake on him too. this is the best picture I have of his brand

it's interesting that they want you to pay to give your horses away for the summer camp. don't think I have heard of that before. Wonder what they do with them after summer camp....Hmmmmm

Summer camp. . .taking real good care of all those Girl Scouts. Summer's end, a lot of them end up in the slaughter pens as the supplier didn't want to hold them over winter. SOS had 3 groups come through this fall (and others last year) and they got to save most of them from that particular kill buyer. All were pretty much bomb proof, child proof, gentle horses that gave their all. Nice, huh.
