Ohhhhhh! I'm happy for Phoenix, but sad for Diva. Second "boyfriend" she's gonna lose. First one was Baron, pony colt that was born 3 days ahead of her. He's turned out to be a gorgeous boy! So is Phoenix - she know's how to pick the good ones, eh?

Beth you did a great job.... as for your neighbors horses I spoke to John and Vicki before Christmas about their 2 mustangs, they are supposed to be coming to Lone Oak,...he didn't mention they had a home, but at least it makes people aware of the other horses out their who do not have a home and are going to end up slaughtered.

Your neighbor has had those mustangs on craigslist for almost a year now hasn't he? He must be very good at screening-good for him!

RE: The mustangs.... actually he doesn't *really* want to give them away to anyone.... he really wants to find a barter boarding situation, free board. That's how they got where they are now. He offered to do work for our neighbor in exchange for board. But then he never had time for the work. She "took possession" of the horses after a year, and he was quite upset.
I'm actually not sure where it stands with the two of them right now, but if gypsyrn is planning to take them, I'd a) make sure he give you a bill of sale with pictures, etc. saying that he's truly giving them to you... he hasn't been willing to do that for anyone yet. and b) make sure all is cleared up with the place he's got them now... I don't know if he's bringing her hay now or if he is feeding them himself or what, but I know they have some kind of dispute and it would be good to make sure its clear. PM me or pnp4kidz if you need more specific info on where they are.
