I'm having a big problem w/PayPal. I've always made donations, payments, etc. using a credit card.
Since I became "verified" a few months ago, it seems that PayPal pulls the money out of my bank account, rather than my credit card.
Is there any way around this. I have a vet bill I'm trying to pay. My mare colicked a few weeks ago - (she's OK).
If I wanted to pay with my bank account, I'd just write a check.
Please advise.
Thanks. Anne

When you go to pay you fill out everything as normal... but then you click on the words etc that say something like "Funding Source" and you select the credit card. You can also change your "default" payment method somewhere in your account settings page.

Before verification, I could pick & choose before paying. Now, I'm not given that option. There is no problem w/credit cards - plenty of room, not so for the checking account. They have a policy statement that states that their first payment option is the bank and then lists the other options in order, which includes PayPal funding sources and, near the end, credit cards. It's almost impossible to get real help. I'll keep at it. Anne

I've had the same problem, but you can't use paypal unless you're verified. I really don't like it much anymore....

But, a few months ago, I'd reached my "limit," so to speak, and had to get verified. I was able to use credit cards at that time, but now I can't.
