It was reported to me that the feedlot owner looked over at Sarge while he was at the feedlot and said" Noone will want him ". Guess what... he was so wrong ....Sarge is the love of my life...so there Mr. Feedlot whatsyername man!!you were wrong!!

yes, this is true, I was there and he was automatically planning to ship him, he was not going to be listed, but i wanted to, there was something about him and after his service to people I could not let that guy go without a fight. Thank goodness for his original helper in Oregon! she took him and started him on the road to recovery. I used to love his dignity and demeanor on the lot and always made it a point to pet him and talk to him when I was there. I absolutely loved it when the lot owner was "surprised" to find out we had gotten him a home! WOO HOO! I love his happy stories now and how he looks and all that he is for you, bless ya!

I can still see his expression of all he knows. He is an amazing horse and could probably tell many stories. I am soooooo happy you love him Susan

Sarge is a ham Here are a repost of the pics when I got to meet him He wasn't much interested in getting up - he was comfy, the sun was nice, lol!
