Okay - I will admit that I do not go to San Francisco much anymore...clubbing days are over and except for the occasional sightseeing or shopping I try to avoid it. (Takes too long to get there mainly).
My son's got tomorrow off and we were thinking of going to the Steinhardt Aquarium, taking BART & Muni to avoid work traffic. I called and they said to exit BART at Glen Park and transfer to the 44th Muni to the museum/aquarium.
However - I was told the neighbord is not good at all. Has anyone done this? How bad is it? It would just be me and my son, plus Tiki - our 8 month old Guide Dog puppy. If it's not a comfortable neighborhood I'll consider driving, or finding something else to do and drive on a weekend instead....
(yes, country girl wus here..)
thanks!
