I saw that too, it does look like they put a horse blanket on her backwards and its too small too! Poor thing she looks very sweet and if she can tolerate that, she must be a saint! I hope she can get into a good place.

I really wish we weren't at capacity-I have a soft spot for appies-poor gal. After I posted that above-I thought it might sound snarkey-but I should admit have been known to jerry-rig things at times too-but not like that!!
Hell when I need to blanket a wet cold horse I will do a couple layers of heavy bath sheets under horse blanket-and I made extra liners out of polar fleece yardage when we had sub freezing and lots of snow-that stuff washes in a regular washer and can be changed out to keep them warm/dry as necessary.
SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE THIS HORSE!!! She has been listed for a while
