I'm not familiar with it. Sounds like a community of people who want to help horses. I would like to hear more about them.

Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on your perspective, I'm no longer able to endorse/promote rescues outside of my local area. I just cannot do it. I have 2 amazing horses that I would never have even met if it weren't for CBER. I cannot express how lucky I feel to have them in my life, but I cannot donate my time or money to a rescue that is not local. I just cannot do it. 501c3 designation does not ensure honesty and credibility.
