Sure-got a horse in the trailer-ummmm....... NOT the horse I had INTENDED to take LOL. (another broken snap and broken tie off loop inside trailer-I gave up on Joe at 830, pulled George out of pasture and off we went-hour drive and almost made it on time) Did sign up Joe for the October class. 1) I HATE that trailer 2) I keep telling myself we WILL be getting another one part of what I learned was......... 1) shut up and deal with what I have (and if I hate the trailer why should my horse feel differently)-no excuses-shut up and deal. 2) it's not about the trailer.
It was nice to finally meet you, Fiji !

It was very nice to meet you too! If you want to work with Joe on trailer loading let me know. I can bring my big two horse over and start him on that and then move to yours. I'm no expert on trailer loading but had good luck with my mare. It took my 2 hours to load her and now she runs me over to get in.

The clinic was great! And I only made it on Saturday. I am taking my daughters horse to the clinic in Washougal, WA at the end of the month (hopefully it will be WARMER!!) and am really looking forward to working with Steve. Jamie, I hear you are going to be there also! Hopefully this time I can actually meet you face to face. It was great to see you again Wildwoman and Caly and great to meet you highcountry ;D I am sorry I missed your mules antics on Sunday! He was definitely entertaining, and so CUTE!

It was great meeting all the people from this board that I have spoken to, but never met in person! Sorry if I was tied up or too frazzled to have a decent conversation, but it was fantastic that you came out!
The clinic was a grand success in many ways! Several people took home life saving skills that will keep them safe! Others can now communicate more successfully with their horse. Some just needed a refresher course in who's the leader. But all came away with new friends, new skills and a confident smile!
For me, it was my most life changing clinic. I really fine tuned my skill set and I learned to work through some very serious issues with my newest mustang. I really felt like I learned something new, even though I have been taking these clinics for years!
Luckily, we are in for a wonderful treat. Steve is coming back to Buckley on October 17-20 for another clinic!
If you pay your $100 deposit by April 1st, you will get a 10% discount on your clinic fees! That's a $35.00 discount!!
We have 5 people already pre-registered and a 15 person max capacity, so get your money in if you want a spot!

Those are some neat pictures! LOL! White Lightning's name is really Pearl That was Steve's nickname for her. Her owner was excited about how far she came in the clinic.
