That is awesome that the owner/trainer is looking to find a good home for him, as his heart is not in racing... wow... a good owner... and a beautiful horse!

I have a local friend that is intercepting horses going from the track to the kill buyer. She's doing a good job. I hope that Diane has a good contract and is careful about placing this beautiful boy. The price is low and may be attractive to kill buyers, but if she's careful, she's saving horses and I applaud her efforts.

This is a horse off the track that DRepp has had the opportunity to find a home for. This is not a Lot horse yet...

I posted this ad in my area. I thought I was doing a good service, but the more I read and hear about the rescue, the more dismayed and, quite frankly, nauseous I am. I believe this project is comes from good thoughts, since it's not directly affiliated. I don't know what to believe anymore- I'm very confused and it's taken a lot out of me. I'm glad he got a good home at least, but I really don't want to do anything else. My services are always available for any rescue that needs help with ads though.
