We still have crapy dial up at home, so I am reading somtimes and posting on rare occasions.
We are nursing a kitten, who is almost ready to go to his new home, along with a litter of puppies. Dad is a rescue chihuahua we got gifted with suddenly, who CLIMBED over the dog gate to get to Beth's Poochie. ( Dad is already nuetered, and mom will be spayed soon after the pups are weaned)
We ended up with 7.. yes, I said SEVEN Choodles. (3/4 Chihuahua 1/4 Poodles) We only have one not spoken for yet. 4 have the fluffy poodle mix coat (they don't shed because they have no undercoat) Think 5-8 lb Cockapoo and thats what they are. 3 have short Chihuahua coats.
The babies are getting big. Dandy's birthday is on monday, Tryst (and DeeDee) aren't a year until mid July.
I FINALLY got the fur balls off of Tryst, but she is still fuzzy!! Her head is shedding dun colored, but her rump is shedding light yellow??? Her leg bars, socks, and dorsal are almost auburn brown so I still can't say other then dun, what color she really is.
I'v started working with Symphony again (3 Funshops in 3 weekends) Beth took Delite and it has been so wonderful to see this BEAUTIFUL horse learn to play/have fun with humans. We were talking about Delite/Mouses background when Chris said so basically she's been "used" her whole life... Not to say shes had a horrible life, just has never been asked/allowed to have an opinion about what she wants to do. It was so hard for her to just go claim a cookie on Chris knee the first weekend, yet by the next weekend she was dancing with Chris to music!
Dodge is here now. He has a shiny new wired pen where he can see everyone, but upwind and far enough away he is not tormented with mare scent. He is a real sweetheart, but is definatly off enough I'm not thinking I would even try to make him a walk/trot horse. :sigh: He really is ever so cute in person, and DeeDee is still a stinker, a REALY REALY CUTE athletic stinker.
