We (RO, CBER) may be out spoken and at times down right nasty...
This doe not give anyone and I mean anyone, the rights to play nasty games with another board... When you contact others stating things that end up pulling their horse from a board, you have hurt the HORSES...And ended up opening another can of worms....
Each and everyone of us on rescue web sites can't and won't stand for it...
We can call each other B***hs, stop posting on our board, kick us off each others board...But DON'T PLAY DIRTY....
All 4 boards together is hard to tangle with....And YOU WILL....

Thanks Chatty, I visit many boards and find it heartbreaking that someone would cause this type of problem. The horses listed on multipal boards get more exposure and more opertunities for adoption it's really sad for the horse that will continue standing in a paddock at a rescue without a new owner.

Just have to put my honest .02 cents here about how I feel.....I can be brutally honest, Im stubborn & pigheaded and a big mouth (or so I have been told). But here's my take on all of this, I dont have the utmost clue as to whats going on behind the "rescue" scenes, and frankly I dont give a darn anymore, and that means that frankly I dont really care what happens to the horses and thats so sad. I never thought I would put that thought into writing, as animals are my passion, and I treat all of mine like my 4 legged children. I get so angry at those people that abuse/neglect animals that it makes my blood boil. So to see "rescues" going at each other like its a Friday night cat fight makes me sick. Okay, so yes apparently some things have happened behind the scenes that are unethical, immoral, disgusting, etc. but for the love of god STOP! As far as Im concerned nobody on this or anyother board has the right to call themselves "rescuers" in the true sense of the word, myself included. I simply am a person that gave a slaughter bound horse a 2nd chance at life, it doesnt make me special for so many people do the same every time they go to a humane society and adopt a dog or a cat. Come on folks, there are new people everyday looking at the internet to adopt a horse and all of this catfighting is only turning them off. Let those looking to adopt have a chance to form their own opinions without them being tainted, afterall slaughter bound horses already have a huge misconception to overcome as it is. Ok, I have said all that was on my mind, Im disallousioned (sp, hope thats a word), disgusted and done posting on this subject (I hope). I will still continue to follow the boards in hope that I will gain valuable knowledge with regards to training techniques, overall care and good nutrition. I had hoped to gain some friends here, people I could enjoy my love of horses with and maybe occaisionally ride with. We will see if that holds true. Gonna, shut my big yap now, hopefully you true horse lovers know and understand where I am coming from. Those that dont, good luck in changing my mind, Im a Taurus, and as stubborn as the day is long and not afraid to be vocal in my opinions. Take care all of you, be safe, and enjoy the beautiful sunshine we have today.

:(I know none of the RO board member did this....We have to stop all this...It's funny, we were friends helping each other save horses...
We use to be respectful and kind to one another...Now bitter and hurtful....This turns off new people...
No, RO / CBER members did this....So Stop The Fighting And Back Each Other Up....
Yes, I'v made friend and I thank them Very, Very much for being here on the bad days.....

You know what I find interesting Joana, you have a policy that says there will be no bashing and name calling of any kind over on your board.
You have a thread going on over there called "Jerk that is messing with Joana" started by Karan. That thread is really really bad with the name calling and accusations. Especially with the part about Tash and the taliban.
You all might want to follow your own rules and not just apply them to others like mbr.

where on the NW board is is there people bashing? I have not named anyone as the person e-mailing. I don't know who it is. I did not Trash TASH.
It sure doesn't help that people come on and read my name with a title that no longer exists and positions that also have not existed in months. It would be nice if it was removed from my name.
The new board is not CBER.
