I spoke with Marvin yesterday and he said they will be gelding the studs today. He also said he would be willing to work with the babies, get them halter broke etc for a little bit extra money. The youngest foals are only two weeks old.
He said he would rather see these horses in good homes instead of going to slaughter. I thanked him for helping these horses. At the prices he is charging, he is definitely not doing it for profit!!
I have four of these horses. I love the way they all nod their heads up and down, when processing new info. None of my other horses do that. When I brought them home, they would instinctively chase dogs and cats out of their pasture. They are used to them now and don't bother with them any more.

This would be a per-feedlot save.....Thier great horses and would do what ever you want of them.... Can't house another big guy, take a baby...Room for a couple, take a mare and baby.....
This is a way we can still do what we've done in the past..Work together and save one or two..... My little buckskin isn't in, but moma is smart....Yes, you can ask for a color...If he has seen them they'll try..... These are good people, trying to help the horses....In the future we may not have a chance..Slaughter house opens and they'll have request for all ages...6 months to old...
Can we work on this, one or more....If you have no room, help another save one....We can do that, anyone need the $$$$..
I'm up for 50.00.......Love yah......chatty

As we all know $$'s are limited for everyone.....Starting to fill the pinch here... My question is, did anyone look or buy any of these babies??...Haven't heard much and no contact with the chasers... Chasing until the snow flies, hoping we can save a few.....
