]Ok well she wasn't lost but close enough. I adopted CBER Destiny a few years ago as many will remember and she is the love of my life. Just recently Tash was able to read her tattoo. So very exciting and since some of you helped bail her I figured I should update you. Her reg name is Blue Norther and she did pretty well as a racer I think over 20k she had 4 foals and two were by my fav stallion Slewdledo. I am trying to track them down and get the offer out there if they ever need a home. Blue Banjo was still racing as of last year. I do think one of her filly's is dead as she was vanned off the track in Canada poor baby. She has another foal by Kentucky Lucky and another by Beefchopper. I am wondering if her last filly ended up at the lot as well as she did not sell at the TB sale and I can't find any progeny etc. Desi was very well bred and was born in AZ her sire Son of Briartic was an amazing sire. Her mom Blue Cheese well come on the name says it all. Will post some new pics also. Anyone who had tb's picked up at that time lets compare notes!!

I have the name and email for the barn that had her last but they are not replying! Argh. I have a few questions for them I would love answers to. I have not yet figured out where she was for approx 5 yearws after racing and before having her first foal. I am hoping to track down her babies and put the offer out there in case they ever need somewhere soft to land. Blue Banjo is still racing Goldy Lux I believe to be dead, Lucky Shyann may still be with the guy who had his mom,and Chopper Lady Laura is untattooed so thats a bit harder. Ah yes the haircuts I have done some fabulous ones she never even minds when people point and laugh shes such a good girl!!

Wow Jessie, in that last photo she looks a LOT like my Gualala, CBER "Speckles" who came off the lot in September 2006. Gualala is tatooed but I have not been able to make out her tat yet. I'm going to try again soon with a black light and then check with the Jockey Club to see if I can ID her. If she is related to your girl, I'll let you know.

I got my Cber mare from Steve Meredith too. I think she'd had a couple slewledo foals too. So far she's still not sound enough to ride, but I love her to death.

What is your mares name? Have you ever tried to contact him? I found a current sales listing for some of his horses so I am guessing he is still around? I am going to just have to give him a call I think. I am a weenie about that. Hope you should take a pic and send it to Tash she got mine right away! I had blacklighted and had a couple good looks at it under sedation and still couldn't get it! Sundancers mare is creepily close to Desi in looks makes me wonder a bit.

Thank you, I think she's pretty spectacular too:) Yep, 4 months in that shot, now she's 5 months. She's a sweetie too, good for the farrier, leads, loads(but not that happily) and already bosses the other horses around since mama is boss mare.

Here's Merryana (now Gigondas) She's a BIG, red, liver chestnut, too! They probably ARE related. We believe that she and Gratefulknits' mare are related.

She would be right about the age of her last filly that didn't sell at the sale. I wonder if we could come up with pics to compare?
