so you re dumb. i told tash i would not bring up sos name on her site but if it was brought up i had every right to say what i felt about them..so guess you screwed the pooch on that one opening your big mouth, but from my understanding it's not the first time you screwed an animal and i do mean that literally...also when you wanna whine and cry and throw those 2 horses names around that were shot at cber, well your good friends failed to tell you that they were at a party the nite before and they were told that was gonna happen and noone had the common courtesy to volunteer their homes for them so sam is not the only one for you to raise hell with about them but all the people that made the choice not to help them is just as guilty as if they had pulled the trigger..and dear mrs rodeo queen shawna knew sam was taking the horse back to the feedlot for slaughter after it almost killed its new owner and she never stepped up and offered to find it a home or take it and train it either..so all you do is trade one name(cber) for another (SOS) with the same basic concept here dear lorsa...so dont get on your high horse with me about how great sos is...they are a piece of sh*t and shawna is nothing but a fuked up backyard QH breeder that pawns her and her dads old horses off on people trying to adopt those poor feedlot horses that arent even feedlot horses bound for slaughter...go save a horse and stop supporting frigging horsetraders named dave and shawna...oh and you can call wash state dept of agriculture and talk to the guy who will tell you he has found out exactly that..dave herriman does not ship to slaughter and has not in many many years..and that he found out shawna is related to him and also why does shawna not let anyone go with her to dave's lot except her daughter and her kids boyfriend?? cause then you would see its just some dumbasses back frigging yard that they are calling a feedlot for slaughter horses...davenport sales barn also says dave never pays over 60.00 for a horse and as low as 5.00 so tell me again how shawna doesnt get a kickback on a 450.00 horse plus 300.00 qt whether they need it or not?? please do explain that to me cause all i see is a bunch of friggin thieves playing on peoples sympathy and kind hearts...

But as far as folks being at a party the night before Lavender and Meadow were put down... bullshit. And about Shawna knowing that the horse that was taken back to the lot had hurt someone? Well, Maple didn't have an owner and never did anything wrong. If she is talking about Sonya who Sam also took back, that was years and years before any of us even knew about CBER. I can honestly say none of Busy colts or actually any of my horses have ever been rescued from a feedlot/backyard killbuyer what ever she is calling Dave these days. She can't. Both split Pants & Jazzy were once in her care, ..they look GREAT don't they...

I think it pretty pathetic that Joanne feels the need to spend her time calling around Benton County trying to find out the details of my contract with them. WHAT FOR? the contract not for SOS, its something that I had before SOS was even in exsistence. I never said anywhere I wasn't paid by the county..I was, but you try feeding that many horses on your own while the county takes 3 months to cut a check. I actually had a deputy friend of mine call me & tell me I needed to file anti harassement papers againest Joanne if that tells you how many calls she is making..I am waiting on one more statement....wait for that knock on the door Joanne...its coming.

Like I said, you do not know anything about Lavender and Meadow. Were you around then or are you relying on someone to feed you information? Get your facts straight before you spout off on things you do not have a clue about.

Seriously do you have queen issues? you often refer back to when I was a rodeo queen, yet that isn't something that many people on this board really knew about me, since I don't discuss it. Now I am also the run on sentence queen...I am pretty sure I am only a lowly princess to you in that department.

No those horses were in your care, you said they were on a care lease..then I hear you sold them...the story is ever changing..except for one fact...you never filed a police report. Which can be done, just no charges pressed.

The whole statistics page is dynamically driven off of the database, and frankly some of the things on the page were not previously being tracked... therefore, it is a matter of going back through the records and filling in the blanks. I also know a group of horses came in to your place from Oregon that were in mandatory quarantine per the state veterinarian. When the brand inspector came out to check on those horses 4 days later they were scattered all over the state.
That made me wonder of course if that group was the 20 yearlings and why you violated the mandatory qt. I also wondered of course if the yearlings even came from Dave at all.
Now I don't have all the answers to my questions yet and may never have them.

What I have found is that you Shawna lie alot and eventually you are not going to be able to keep all your stories straight.
I am not intimidated by your threats and won't scare off so easily.
I would not care that you were saving horses this way if you would just be honest about it but you are not.

Someone is hacking into my computer and using my admin account on the board I started to send you member lists and hidden emails. I wonder why that would be happening? Unless you are worried that to much truth is getting out.

Nor the terms of the contract. What was surprising was the number of animals all at once & with hay prices at a all time high, suddenly having 23 horses put on my feedbill without getting a check back for 2 months was a little difficult. I also didn't keep all the horses here, If I remember correctly I had 9 of them here and had to sub contract with 2 others to keep the others, so I was not only paying out of pocket at the time for hay, but also was paying out of pocket for the other horses being cared for at different facilities. If the yearlings & so many sponsor horses hadn't been here, with me feeding a good majority out of pocket, I would of had the room for all the county horses & actually for once in my life made some money.

The only horses ever to be on a STATE HOLD were the ones that were seized & they were taken to the other facilities directly from the seized property, I hauled them there. You have on the other hand have done alot to harm SOS and considering how many others things are completely incorrect in this post alone, I would be a little worried about believing Dave can't ship. Where exactly to you think horses that we don't save go? Dave very much ships, yes he piggy backs with 3 other killbuyers and doesn't usually have a semi load himself, but he absolutely ships & to post otherwise is irresponsible.
I would not care that you were saving horses this way if you would just be honest about it but you are not. completely lost here, SOS keeps most horses for well over 30 days, with little to no support, and more often than not gives the horse on a gift contract absolutely free to the adopter.

I have not called you or emailed you and the only calls I have made asking questions were to places about public information so I dont' see that as harrassing.
I have posted questions and my opinion on the forum but I am pretty sure that is free speech.

It may not have been a secrest that you were under contract but the fact is still that you made it out to look like you were care for ALL the horses on your own dime with no chance for compensation. BTW benton county was not at all happy about the exhorbitant board bill they received for you.

The comment about the group of horses coming from Oregon was straight from a government agency who said that outright violated the mandatory qt orders.

Shawna you also know exaclty what I am talking about with the member lists being copied and sent to you.

Joanne...since it sounds like you now Dave's number at the Ag dept...I suggest you call him again. You will find that those yearlings were NEVER under any state hold or QT. You contridict yourself so much its hard to keep up.. You just happened to be calling the Washington State dept. of AG??? Really what would your purpose of been? Just happened?

Where is your documentation? Lets see something showing that I on purposely disregarded a state issued QT on those yearlings.

Also Benton county is who set the terms of our contract..Nobody made them sign it, they contacted me, I didn't beg for there business. Actually Jimi...all rescues will need to have a livestock dealers license in 2010, or really anyone "dealing" in horses. That actually will include you if you are turned in. I chose to rescue from a place where the horses have no other hope. You can go to the auction get them before they do. I hope a hundred people join you...until slaughter is no longer a threat for our horses here in the US I CHOOSE to give the horses that have no other hope, HOPE. Hence the name...Saving Our Slaughterbound.
Well like I stated, the information you are posting about the yearlings being on a state QT hold is inaccurate, so get something to prove me wrong & post it.

Also your correct according to the way the law reads anyone selling, giving away or simply rehoming horses within a year will need one. Good thing we kept a file on all the horses you have taken & gotten rid of... Hmm that would be all of one from sos that was rehomed. There are two more that I took in and then found homes for. One big tb gelding that was being starved and eventually found a new home with an old owner who had been lookig for him. although common sense would say your aren't really what the law was written for, it still is so broad it includes you...and to not make you get the same thing I am, well that would be discrimination Joanne..and we wouldn't want that to happen right...

Someone hacked into my computer and put something on there that keeps track of key strokes so all my passwords were compromised which makes it really easy for that person to get onto the forum as admin and copy people's private information. Its really not that exciting & most people read it once & delete themselves. Yoda is black, she came out of a pasture with other horses in it, that NONE OF THEM HAD LICE..in fact Lice only showed up after being at YOUR house for some time. What you don't know is every horse is powered when they get here, Ladybug was as soon as you left. I don't want lice or any other crap near my horses, so I do the best I can to protect them. You said Yoda was going nuts rubbing her skin & destroying things...funny...if she had lice when she left my place why didn't she have any marks from rubbing?? hmmm...well because you put Ladybugs blanket on her then drove home to your lice infested chickens. Shawna Lola got lice from Ladybug not the chickens. She was at your place for a few months before she came here. Yoda showed signs of lice right away it just took me 10 days to think to look for lice as she came out of a pasture with your mares in it.

She is not the only horse coming from your place that has been covered in lice. I know this for a fact. Yet you always put the blame on someone else. If you do dust the horses it is not with lice powder.

It is also a fact my computer has been hacked into. I am not delusional but you seem to be pretty angry that I am coming out and saying things that other people are to scared to say.

I know that YOU AND I discussed Yoda having navicular. It is easily managed. I also suggested that the horses picked up the lice from the chickens. It happens all of the time.

I think it would be hard for a horse to get lice from chickens withou even being arund the chickens.
The ckickens were put in a coop in early fall of last year away from the horses so that is not the reason.
