Just so everyone knows.. The truck coming to Chucks lot no way effects the killbuyer horses, 2 completely different owners. All of the killbuyer horses have until late next week sometime.

Thanks for the truck notification. I was unclear as to whether the truck comes to both lots on the same day. Good to hear the truck for these guys will be later. More time is what they. . .and us. . .all need.

She really needs those feet trimmed or she is going to suffer life long leg bone and joint problems, and question, is that left hind fetlock enlarged or is that just how she is standing?

Another baby. With a whole life ahead of her, to be special, and special to someone.
I am especially praying for this little one. My mustang was foaled in a feedlot, and lost his mother to the truck, also. But even after all the disappointments, these little ones are so resilient. And later on, they thank you tenfold for the love you give them because, even at their age, they know what it's like to be all alone in the world, and to go without what they need.
Breaks my heart to imagine this filly's first night, crying for her mother and her mother not coming. Being alone, and frightened, and depressed ... and her confusion and sorrow. Now she's been left alone to negotiate one of the harshest realities out there.
She needs a new mother. So she can get back to being a happy, carefree little filly.

Could we raise money for her trim? It's about 30 dollars. Can a lot horse be trimmed, Shawna?

I HATE seeing babies on the lot. I absolutely HATE it She is so adorabley cute with a whole life ahead of her. Maybe she'll be an amazing jumper who is ridden in the Olympics or a great champion in barrel racing. She may safe someone's life or be someone's first horse or a horse that'll help someone with problems and needs a special horse that will stay calm through anything. Now who wants a horse like that?? I know for a fact if I had my own place or even if my parents just said yes for once, she'd be at my place right now. Not a doubt in my mind. I'm done now

My baby was 6 weeks old when she was ripped from her mother and left alone at the lot. Her mother was shipped. It was 113 degrees that day and she was left alone to die. (It was before CBER) She is now 4 years old and is the best horse you could ever ask for. She will never be alone again. The mother and baby pairs always get to me. Babies don't belong in a place like that. None of them do.

That's really sad, because again, here's another baby. She's just a baby! And her bail price is so good. I'm praying for you, Shy ... that you get the home and love you deserve, and should've been getting all along. There are better people out there than the ones you've known so far. With a little food and love, this baby would blossom into a beautiful girl, and maybe, eventually, not even remember her rough, sad beginning. It's so sad what happens to horses, but these babies being put through this just adds another layer of evil to it -- the evil of callous indifference. What a life, to be ripped from your dam, miraculously loved by a little girl, and yet still not be safe. Em

Although it would be funny to see my neighbors' reactions in seeing a filly by my door (I live in a condo).

We are still thinking about it. I would like her to go to a permanent home as we would only be giving her somewhere to grow up and get some training and then go to a forever home. I am not sure how much danger she is in being so lil...

Oh, I do hope you can take her! Even if you save her life and help her get through this stage of things, it would be doing so much. The babies are pretty easy, and SO much fun.
I wish I could take some of these babies, and even Rufus, but Cloud is already my "just one more".
Shy has a star on her head, like she's destined for greatness. She has to be pretty plucky, doing as well as she is at that very young age and without her dam.
