WOW!! She looks great! That bag look pretty big already. Has she had a baby previously do you think? I bet her bad is big now. And watch out they do not all wax up, or some wax and go fast. Every mare is different. I bet thats going to be one pretty baby!

d**n...that's not a baby belly, she's gonna have a litter! This is so exciting, I can't wait to meet all of them...hahahahahahahaha! ;D She does look fantastic. I like the shot that shows the dappling in her coat. Very pretty.

She DOES look great. And I also was going to comment on how healthy and dappled her coat looks. Can you believe they thought she was DUN in Washington? Her coat was that dull!

You should have seen her today! The sun came out while I was there and she positively gleamed! I had friend with me who hadn't seen her since she moved and her first words were "omg, she looks so happy!" and second "omg, she's so big!" LOL!
I think she's messing with us. She's partially bagged up. Not acting at all restless. Perfectly normal. She's thinking "ha ha, faked you out!"
My birthday is March 9 and I told her that would be a good day - just before dawn that morning - since I'm gonna take the day off and hang with her anyway!
And, yeah, I think she looks like she's going to have twins! gack!
mta: Since she has a tattoo I've been able to trace her history and this is her first baby.

Here are pics from yesterday. As you tell, she's hit the "pause" button. And, yes, it was really cold up there, but it's only 1100-1200 feet, so no snow. There's some mud, but surprisingly, not much. Hmm...I do see a little drop of something on her teat. Didn't notice it until I posted the BIG pic here. Hmmm.

And, yes....EVERYONE wants me to pull her mane. But, she doesn't like it. She's barefoot and pregnant, so how elegant is she gonna look anyway?!?!?!? Besides, I think she looks cute with that bed-head! So. No mane pulling. (Jeanne told me "oh, get a fresian!") LOL And, yes, maloneyd - she's from the feedlot. Check out her thread rescuesonly.proboards59.com/index.cgi?board=talk&action=display&thread=1168055397 for her history and early pics. Scroll down to Reply #3 for a photo-recap.
