Okay, I'm seeing a difference in the belly drop tonite. Of course, it could be wishful thinking!! LOL. With wax last nite I'm *thinking* it could be tonite. Of course founder rehab is not at home but out cavorting with cowboys (snort....don't have too much fun ladies!! ) so tonite there is no one to pester the mare and interupt her baby thoughts. LOL. Sorry ladies. It was too easy to take a shot! V.

Is there a picture of dad online here? Boy this is almost like when Kermit foaled- she drug that out for days and days and days-but that site had a live chat feature so you could 'im' with people around the world that were watching her.
Hubby is off moderating a political forum-I need more entertainment here.

Fortunately my husband came home from a business trip last night so I wasn't lured in again by Snowy's nefarious ruse! Finally got to bed before midnight for the first time in a week. And look at that - woke up this a.m. and no foal.
I think she's just fat from all that midnight snacking. She's all "Yeah, if I start eating my straw they'll put out a couple extra flakes of hay - you silly humans are so easy. Top of the evolutionary ladder, my ass!"

Are we sure we had the due date correct? It is like October 2nd 2010? LOL I am exhausted. I watch her till 2, go to bed, get up at 5, go to work lol... come home, do my chores, then watch her till 2...... Seriously....... OMG-so I am addicted too -just got home from work and NO PICTURE and it sounds like NO BABY-I had my hubby log in earlier to see if anything was happening-just hope the link is back up in the morning when she finally goes into labor!

With beth gone hopefully Jesus knows how to reboot things and get it back online!! I thought last nights camera flop was a sign I should sleep lol.... so I did!! But now, I am READY!!!!! she can pop anytime - once the camera is back of course!

They are trying to get the cam back on down there, but no luck so far...
no baby yet... so far so good...
we have a few more days of the show... wait Snow, Wait...
oh, and so far Bob Marley is a butt head, rearing and bucking and refusing to go forward... I got him some Calm and Cool today, seems to have worked, we shall see... gonna go work him some more in few minutes, but seems like it is time for a new horse for me
and mustachio has completely alienated Peg... now that he is on his Pegolide and feeling good, he is FULL of it! and way too much horse for peg...
our friend Terry is riding him, and LOVING him, but Peg says no way, scratched the rest of the show...
My one daughter broke her knee three weeks ago, so she is out, and bummed..
the other is doing great on the QH we found locally who is a Brook's QH, and was 'navicular' and being put down in July... well, he is rocking and rolling now...
:-) awesome.

Hi Peg,
I would bet that Bob Marley has some pain issues going on...........saddle fit, chiro, joints, something that makes him not want to go. He seemed to do fine in July on the trail rides - didn't he? I wonder if the gaming is just too much for him............
I know that Lotti hates arenas, and I'm sure that she has been used for some sort of gaming 'cause she knows the barrel pattern, but boy she hates to go in an arena.........
Just some thoughts................hope you get it figured out, or find another horse. My brother always says 'you have to have seven horses in order to have one that's rideable'! I hate to say it, but sometimes that seems like the truth!

I think that he just has an anxiety over the crowds and 'energy' that is at the big shows...
might have some pain, he bucks when his saddle is ouchie in the least...
but he was not bucking all day riding around the warmup areas.... just got hot when we went into the arena, stinker.
I guess my feeling is that this is our second show of champions, and he did this last year too, and if it is way too much for him mentally, then it's not worth it to push him like that...
we don't run fast...
so 'gaming' is not quite hard on him.. hehe, we trot mostly, canter between barrels... but not like we are hunkering down.
so, he needs to be a trail horse I think....
oh, and an update on Snow....
hehe,
she foaled!!! at about 6, it's a filly, bay with a star and a spot, up and trying to nurse right now.
vet on the way, and we are on PINS AND NEEDLES!
